Hire an Employee is definitely the standard term in HR activity. Application process is simple if automated and can be easily viewed i.e., a candidate can update his/her details via automation. Post the approval of HR, an offer letter can be automatically sent to registered mail Id of the candidate directly via automation. Once induction is initiated the candidate (Applicant) and HR can view or generate the required document from the system, which includes appointment letter that can be automatically sent to the registered mail Id of the candidate.

Appraisal after a certain period of time is a key pressure from the employees to an employer
(HR and Higher Management). Calculating the same only at that certain time is quite a difficult job
for any management. 180-degree performance appraisal is an employee’s evaluation tool that includes
feedback from a supervisor, subordinates, colleagues and customers on a regular basis to consolidate
